Directions

100 mg of magnesium per 1 tsp of lotion.

Apply a pea-sized amount to hands, legs or belly 10 – 15 minutes before bedtime. Use slightly more for adults. 100 mg of magnesium per tsp. It is safe to use more depending on your needs, and to apply at other times of day. Apply to the affected area for sore muscles or occasional headache. Do not apply on open wounds or cuts as magnesium can have a stinging effect.
