Due to the personal nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. Once a product has left our warehouse, we cannot guarantee it has not been opened or tampered with, which could compromise hygiene and safety standards. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@crunchyandco.com. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. If your order was lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier, please contact the shipping company or your shipping insurance provider.

Samples

At Crunchy & Co., we make sampling easy and accessible. We understand the frustration of spending money on a new toxin-free product only to find it doesn’t work for you. Most of our products are eligible for sampling for a few dollars, so you can try before committing to a full-size purchase. Visit our Samples product page to learn more. If a product you would like to sample is not listed, it may be because there is no suitable sample container or the price of the product is too low to justify a sample. Our team is constantly restocking products in our shop. To ensure you don't miss out on your favorite items, use the "Notify me when back in stock" email alert. Simply enter your email address, and we'll notify you as soon as the product is available again. We closely monitor these alerts to prioritize the products you love most. Using the alerts almost guarantees we will restock your favorites!

Shipping Insurance

For just a few dollars, you can protect your order from porch pirates, shipping damages, and lost packages. We automatically add shipping insurance to your order for your peace of mind. While you can choose to remove it, we highly recommend keeping it. Shipping insurance helps protect your order from unfortunate events outside of Crunchy & Co’s or your control. At Crunchy & Co, we cover the cost of packing supplies to pack your order. We never upcharge the cost of shipping your order; we charge only exactly what the shipping carrier charges. Unlike the big dogs over at Amazon, we don't charge an annual subscription fee for this coverage. Choosing shipping insurance ensures your order is protected for a very low cost.

What is "My Monthly Delivery"?

"My Monthly Delivery" is a convenient subscription service that helps you save on the essentials you already buy regularly.

Start by subscribing to at least one product. Once subscribed, you can customize your box each month to fit your needs. You can easily add or remove items, skip a month, or adjust the delivery schedule to every 2, 3 or 4 months—whatever works best for you. If you don’t need a product this month, like laundry detergent, simply remove it and add it back later.

You'll receive reminders 1 week and 1 day before your box is finalized, giving you time to make any changes.

Then, relax and enjoy the savings on your everyday essentials!

How are your products "tried and tested"?

At Crunchy & Co., we're committed to offering products that are both non-toxic and effective. We know how frustrating it can be to waste money on natural products that don't deliver results.

That’s why every product on our site undergoes thorough testing for efficacy. Before a product is added to our shop, we carefully screen multiple options to find the best-performing ones. If Ivy can't test a product herself, she relies on trusted friends, family members, and even customers to help pick the winners!

To put it into perspective, each time we introduce a new product category to our shop, we look at anywhere between 10-25 options. We screen the ingredients, ask questions, read customer reviews and narrow it down to 2-5 finalists. From there, we put it to the test, and only the winners get added to our shop.

This is why we don't carry an entire brand's lineup—we only feature the products that are genuinely clean and proven to work.

How can I trust you won't "sell out"?

At Crunchy & Co., we are completely independent and have no loyalty to any specific brand. Unlike affiliates, we don’t get paid by brands; in fact, it’s the other way around—we pay for the inventory ourselves to keep in our warehouse and ship to you.

This means that every product you see in our shop is there because it has been tested and meets our high standards for cleanliness and efficacy.

If a brand changes its formula and no longer aligns with our standards, we will stop carrying that product. It's as simple as that. Our commitment is always to you, our customer, and not to any brand.

How can I sample a product before buying the full size?
