The Dead Sea is renowned for its rich mineral content, which includes a wide range of trace minerals. This brand tests its products for potency of magnesium chloride as well as heavy metals. Approximately 2.1 grams or 2100 mg of elemental magnesium per ounce.

Directions

• Apply to clean, dry skin, avoiding sensitive areas and mucous membranes. Do NOT apply on open wounds or cuts. Magnesium can feel like salt on wounds and could sting on broken skin.
• Generously apply to larger areas such as the torso, legs, and arms. To maximize absorption, experts recommend applying magnesium oil on parts of your body with thin skin, such as your inner arms and wrists.
• The oil is water-soluble and can be diluted with pure water for a lighter application. We suggest starting with a 1:1 ratio, but it can be further diluted if desired. If you do choose to dilute, dilute it in a separate container to avoid contaminants in the original, pure bottle. 
• Magnesium does not need to be wiped off. However, if you do choose to wipe or rinse, leave the solution on for at least 20 minutes. No rinsing is necessary unless discomfort arises from natural salt residue on the skin.
